Our standard shipping method, unless otherwise requested is Korea Post air parcel service. Please allow up to 8-15 business days for worldwide delivery.
Free worldwide shipping with any purchase of USD 80$ worth of products.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an order confirmation email once an order has been placed. A second email will be sent containing package tracking information as well as details about the purchase. Information is also available in your account history on Fridaskincare.com.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We will refund your full purchase price of product, less shipping charges, onto the original form of payment only.
Returns are only accepted with a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please email email@example.com to receive your Return Authorization Number. Please include original packing slip and mark your RMA number on exterior of box. Return shipping fees are not refundable.
If you receive an item damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Products must be purchased from Fridaskincare.com, unused, within 14 days of when the original order was received. Allow up to 5 business days from our receipt of your returned packaged for a credit to be issued to the original form of payment. Please note, refund may not post in your account immediately, contact your bank for further information on posting.
